Bead embroidery is a foundation stitch, one of those skills that you want to have in your beading arsenal.  There’s no substitution for it!  Gail will teach you how to use needle and thread on a foundation material to create this freeform design heart pendant.  You’ll learn to work with many different shaped beads to create different effects.  You’ll also learn how to apply a backing material, stitch the edges and add a loop to make a finished pendant.  Bead embroidery has been practiced for hundreds of years by many cultures but remains very adaptive and modern.  If you have taken the cabochon pendant, many of the techniques are repeated, but this will challenge your design muscles and encourage you to experiment.

This class is appropriate for both beginners and experienced stitchers.

Your class fee includes a kit ($35 value) and full color instructions.
